Enjoy the Vu - Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@enjoythevu.com. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Enjoy the Vu is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items and promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, contact us at info@enjoythevu.com and we'll get the process started. Once your return is received and accepted, we'll ship your exchange at no additional shipping cost to you.
European Union - 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@enjoythevu.com.
