About Us

In 2018 our founder, Jake, was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. Although scary, it really helped him learn how to take better care of himself. Being someone who has always loved sports, this diagnosis sort of stopped him from wanting to do much outside. This has been incredibly challenging especially considering the area he lives is one of the few deserts in Canada. He has had to learn the importance of sun protection but the biggest issue he's run into is, finding clothing he wants to wear. A lot of UV protection clothing tends to be boring. He want to change that!

Although we are starting mainly with golf wear, eventually we would like to branch out into all things outdoors. We want to see how our style of UPF clothing is received first before launching a bunch of different clothes. This includes women's clothing as well!
